This is backed up by our in-office admin team, utilising the latest software management systems. HI Sachi, I am sorry you have such a poor view of Arden and with regard to the maintenance issue, if there were delays again I can only apologise, we try our best to rectify all issues which are reported as quickly as possible. I am sorry that you feel you have had poor service. I took on your property in East Calder as a favour and did come out at 6pm on a Friday to meet you.
