We understand that every client is an individual and offer a personal hands-on service, where designated property managers deal directly with the property, the tenants and their Landlord client. This is backed up by our in-office admin team, utilising the latest software management systems. People are at the centre of our business; by looking after them, we maintain an excellent return on investment.
Our fully managed service is completely inclusive with no hidden charges.

I am really sorry that you had so much trouble in the flat. Unfortunately sometimes lots of things to go wrong at once. The property was tenanted with students prior to your stay and none of these issues were apparent during their tenancy. As you said we got everything fixed as quickly as we could and our staff were friendly and helpful. The repairs email goes into the maintenance managers inbox and he did get back to you.
