It is well and truly a scam. I had the exact same happen to me and funny enough the couple who just moved into my new house share also had had the same done to them aswell. This seems to be a pattern and a scam to get the rights to keep hold of peoples deposits. Reported them to all the local authorities they operate in. Let’s expose this corrupt company ...
