Good afternoon, You would have been made aware at the start of the process before any funds were paid that you should disclose any information that could hinder the referencing process. Any issues would be clearly noted on a credit check report which was suggested to you before the process began and any funds were paid by you. Following the above complaint from Mr Mustafa I have spoken to the all staff involved to investigate thoroughly the points of raised.
