Thank you for your kind comments Barry, I dont think many landlords know the extent a good managing agent goes to when dealing with a problematic tenant, especially in a situation whereby the property is sublet and you don't even know the tenant. Glad I was able to resolve your issue(s) and always on standby going forward if required. ...
