We are sorry that you feel our customer service has not been satisfactory. However, whilst understanding your frustration in not securing the purchase of one of our properties, we do not feel we have been impolite or unprofessional. High-street estate agent fees always seem high, especially in the current competitive market, so customers need to see where they are getting value for money. The opportunity to stand apart from competitors can only be in the level of service offered i.e professionalism, effectiveness and approachability. When this is achieved it makes it easier to justify.
