The call from this applicant was indeed handled by David and he believes he did
so in a perfectly polite and professional manner. The applicant was unwilling to
listen to his explanation of how our referencing process works, she had only
completed our online application form that morning and, as was stated, it is
company policy to arrange viewings of properties only when the referencing had
been completed satisfactorily. The applicant repeatedly questioned how we
