Absolutely diabolical agents. Far closer to describe them as crooks rather than estate agents. Repeated and repeated errors in documentation which cannot be taken as human error and therefore seen as attempts to con you out of money. Without going into detail about the failures ...

Dear Dave, It sounds from you comment that you are a tenant and are dissatisfied with our service. As you have stated, "repeated and repeated errors which cannot be taken as human errors" this suggests to me that the situation was out of our hands. None the less, if could tell me what property you are renting and what problems you are experiencing. I will look into the matter personally. Thank you. ...

I am sorry to hear that you feel you have had a bad experience with us and that we have not met the standards we pride ourselves on. As agents, we are the intimidator between landlords and tenants. When we receive instructions from landlords, good or bad, we have to relay the messages to the tenants, and vice versa. If a Tenancy Agreement is signed, then that binds the landlord and tenant into a legal agreement, and this agreement cannot be changed. If a tenant is unable to move into a p ...

Dear James, Agents cannot advertise properties without the consent of the landlord. You are more than welcome to come into our office and request to see signed documentation by landlords authorising Allen Goldstein to market their properties. We advise you to register your interests of renting with agents as that way you would be the first to know about new properties. Often properties can take upto 24 hrs to appear on external web portals, by that time properties can get rented as it is a ...

Matt, You and your flatmates wanted to prematurely end your tenancy agreement. If you sign up on a 12 months fixed Assured Shorthold Tenancy, than you cannot leave early unless you have a break clause in the contract that states otherwise. There are circumstances where tenants can leave early, but on the provision that they replace themselves. Seeing that you didn't do that, you were held accountable for the rent. As agents, we cannot authorise early termination of tenancies. It is solely un ...
