Alexanders advertise themselves with a logo of "Exemplary standards of Service". I'm sure that the service we received is an example but not the way intended.

What agent could do to change your mind?
I suggest that you 1) mark all properties under offer as such. 2) get your staff to at least be polite and offer an apology for trouble caused.Attached Filesnbsp;
