It is a shame that someone who hasn't used our service at all is allowed to submit what is NOT a review but a simple act of revenge. This prospective tenant wanted a £400 per month (26%) reduction in rent and when this was refused by the landlord this was the action they took. The fees quoted are incorrect for the purpose of making us look bad and included VAT.
