We take all feedback seriously, unfortunately the landlord wished to verify the ownership of the boundary and in addition to this the landlord wanted to obtain further quotes which is understandable. The work has now been carried out and whilst we apologise for any inconvenience caused in this instance it was out of our hands. ...

We too have had terrible dealings with alan francis when it comes to getting things fixed.. 18 months and still waiting for the front door handle to be fixed little bits that should have been done before we moved in still have not been done, yet when we fell behind on rent and they was always kept informed they soon took us to court only to have it called off as they had lack of evidence. I was forced into saying I would not extend my tenancy just to beable to stay until it runs out.. Never aga ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
