The seller of this property had accepted an offer (subject to contract) and it was agreed at this point to cease marketing the property further, to show commitment to the buyer. To have arranged a viewing after this agreement would have promoted gazumping, which would have been unfair to the buyer who had already made some financial commitment to the property and something that Estate Agents are usually criticised for. Its very interesting how you only answer and comment on some part of the review!! Jeremy, I can't help comment on your reply but I think the letting business in MK needs an overhaul. I have been letting here in Glasgow with the same land lord for 7 years plus. I have done immense property improvements in agreement with the land lord so I kind of know when I am dealing with a good land lords and when not. I also have a letting agency which I have an excellent relationship with. All major issues fixed within days and not weeks as seems to be the norm reading other reviews on ...
