Dear Ms Shaw, I am sorry that you uncle did not get his £2000 reservation fee refunded but as I mentioned to you before, the money was paid directly to the developer who he will need to take this up with. As is normal with new build properties, developers do ask for a non refundable reservation fee in order to secure a new build unit. ...
