Amazing customer service and a great team to work with!
We gave Life Investments a tall order in needing to find a suitable place to rent and move into in less than 2 weeks but Martin and the team took this in their stride and got everything signed and sealed in just over 1 week!
Not only were they amazing to work with, the flat we are renting is perfect. Lovely location in a well kept appartment block, the flat itself is obviously well looked after to keep it in an excellent condition.
Any niggles that come up as they do with buildings have been dealt with quickly and efficiently, working with us to find the best time to visit without impacting our day to day routines.
We have rented a couple of places previously with different letting agents and Life Investments is by far the best.

Their referencing and administration fees were cheaper than other agents and I had moved into my new home within 3 weeks of my initial enquiry.

Although they did not have a property at the time they found me a suitable home within 48 Hours. The whole rental process was extremely slick and explained to me from start to finish. They complete management visits every three months and identify any maintenance issues that need to be addressed. The boiler recently failed on a Friday evening. I had no problem contacting the team on their 'out of hours' emergency number. An engineer was instructed and the boiler was fixed by 12.00 noon the following day. I have rented before and can honestly say they offer a much better service. I would recommend life Investments to anyone thinking of renting a property.

I have used Life Investments for a number of years as letting agents on my property in Rugby, recently I sold my property and decided to also use them as my estate agents.
The staff in the lettings department and property sales were equally as professional as each other, they offered regular updates as and when needed, had excellent communications and provided me with the confidence that they had my best interests covered.
It was refreshingly easy to deal with the management and staff at Life Investments Ltd, a credit to how it is run on a daily basis.
If you need the services of a professionally run letting agency or estate agency in Rugby then I would recommend Life Investments Ltd.

We left the property in a very good condition, even the Landlord when he came to visit was happy with the condition in which we were leaving the property, and he had no problem with us getting our full deposit back. Even one of there employees Andrew who 1st inspected before we left was happy with the condition.

Janie Pitcher of Life Investments on the other hand who we had not seen or heard from for over a year, suddenly decided to become power mad.
With photos of the property from NEW not ones of when we moved in, decided she would charge us for all of our deposit. We have rented properties for over 15 years and moved 10 times in that time, and until then we had always got all of our deposit back.
So I would say Tenants keep well clear you will not get your deposit back, and Landlords they will not inspect your property regularly as they state they will do.

The outstanding service provided has been very professional, communications between life investments and myself are efficient and all matters arising are dealt with swiftly.
Martin, Janie and Andrew should be commended for their professionalism, they are always willing to go that extra mile to make sure the Landlords and Tenants are dealt with in an appropriate manner.
Wouldn't consider any other letting agents in Rugby to deal with my property.

I used the services of Life Investments Ltd as a tenant, when I took out a tenancy on a property managed by them. I later moved out of the property when my circumstances changed.
For the whole duration of the tenancy period I received a first class service from Life Investments Ltd.
Martin, Janie and Andrew all acted in a highly professional manner when dealing with all aspects of the tenancy.
All transactions related to the tenancy were clearly explained to me in detail and carried out in complete transparency.
The agent also listened to me as a tenant whenever I had a justified query and they took prompt action when needed.
I was delighted to have Life Investments Ltd as an agent and I would recommend them without hesitation to any prospective tenants or landlords.
The only other comment I can add is: Thank you very much for all your help and keep up the good work!
