Of course we\'d all like to pay less but remember that by missing just one months rental income doing you own letting, you could have used a good agent like City Docklands for the same price. And get peace of mind that the professional referencing, contracts & admin are all done for you. The fee I paid was acceptable, and still a lot less than the bigger agents.
