Average for non online agency but not worth service levels you receive - for these service levels an online agency will suffice. For this price I expect phones to be answered in core day and prospective viewers to be able to arrange viewings at weekends and a more modern approach to selling houses. Oh ... and of course someone with high levels of customer service ability dealing with my sale!
