Yip well ,your not alone Acorn are maggots they need regulated and enforced penalties its like the Wild West with acorn you rob a bank and go to jail they rob you with deposit and fees and zero repairs and Owner Mark in Hitchin Branch says oh well all the more for me ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
firstly, they shoul have a set of keys of the property they manage second, they must provide at least 3 options for suppliers for any repair works as other agents do, so that you dont end up paying through your nose for simple jobs- what is the point of paying management fee if you end up doing all the work? They do not check if the work was done correctly and we have had to get the same work done again in a couple of month's time.
