I am sadly in a very similar position with this company, it has been over a month since I am waiting on to receive my deposit back. False claims of my bank declining payments, when my bank confirms no attempted payments were made. No to mention unfairly charging for a cleaning service, after having cleaned the room and I took pictures as evidence. They are immensely unresponsive and it seems nothing will be done without further action.

Dear Christopher Florence, I am glad you are writing that because you are showing to everyone how you speak to your tenants all the time. If you call them pigs and you treat them with that irony in a public comment, I don't wanna think about how can you behave with them in private.
