Ace Property Management Ltd is a privately-owned company which provides the best professional estate agency service in Edinburgh. We offer a property management service which consists of lettings, full sales management, lettings for Edinburgh Festival and student rental flats. We have built ACE Property based on hard work and regular communication between landlords and tenants. We have a variety of properties from one-bedroom apartments to spacious detached family houses around the Edinburgh region.

What agent could do to change your mind?
If this agent had allowed us to rent this property for the terms advertised and agreed upon at the time of application, we would have been very happy tenants and not minded about the dirt, lack of knowledge, lack of inventory and the flat not being ready for us to move into on the day our lease started. But the criminal way our deposits were taken and then the negotiations over rent started... I would not trust them again.
