Our team can be reached on 0333 00 44 333. We answer 99% of calls coming in to the department and 60% of those in under 20 seconds, so there should be no issues in getting hold of someone in the department. ...

I totally agree with what Kuba wrote. I wish I had read this review before I rented from them. I have rented two properties from them and had the same experience. The second time worse than the first. They never ensure the properties you rent are clean and then at the end of the tenancy they come up with all sorts of fictitious bills. I am inclined to agree with the negative comments. Mine relate to the Aberdein Considine factoring service (which occasionally brings the maintenance dept into play). AC have been my factor for many years in Aberdeen and there hasn't been a year go by when their service has been negligent in some respect and their bills inaccurate.
