David Musgrove is the Managing director! We are in dispute with his agency DPS he has let us down! He hasn't inspected our properties. The company stated they would be inspected every 6 months . This hasn't happened. The final straw they came back to us in October 2022 told us it they would do this . We were then told they would be out sourcing to another source! We received the results in early December. We were horrified to discover 2 of our properties had serious issues after seeing ...

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
