Good Afternoon,
in regard to your son's deposit, we had been made aware that damage had been caused to the wall in the bedroom, your son advised us that he had spoken with a plasterer to rectify the damage, as the landlord had his decorator in the property at the time there were crossed wires with who your son had instructed to complete the work. When we checked with your son on who exactly was carrying out the work, we had no reply to this email.

I don't know where to begin. If you use Black Pear, you will be charged for agreements other people broke, damages other people did(such a ciguarettes), whenever you report something, you will not recieve a response and then be charged for it.

With regards to your review there are many elements that are factually incorrect. We rent hundreds of rooms annually to Worceser University students and have many 5 star reviews from them. With regards to your tenancy, you decided to take a room.in a shared house with a group of fellow students. Your contract had a start and end date, your tenancy is for these dates and during this period you are liable to fulfill the contract. This includes keeping your room.and communal areas on an acceptable ...
