Why 1st Capital Homes?


We work with local council and local corporates as an approved letting agent in East London. We offer professional services to tenants and landlords ranging from free appraisals and accounting. We work closely with our landlords as we believe in an honest and transparent letting business. It is important for us to be up to date with lettings laws and regulations, as well as knowing the current trends in property market in East London. Our letting agent team is focused on maintaining our reputation as one of the best letting agency in Essex. We are proactive and honest real estate professionals that love hearing feedback form clients. We can guarantee rent in all areas of East London and we are always willing to take more properties.


Why move to East London?


The borough of Barking is becoming a more popular area with first-time buyers from London buyers who are looking for affordable housing and quick commute to the city. Barking and Dagenham appeals to people who`s income lets them rent in the area while they could not afford property in London.
Barking is 10 miles east of central London with Ilford to the north, Dagenham to the east, the Thames to the south and Stratford, East and West Ham to the west. In terms of property, you can find a large number of 1930 style semi-detached and terrace houses in the East. The towns centre, however, has new built modern colourful blocks of flat next to the renovated town square and town hall. There is a new development of almost one thousand new home built in the former region of University of East London.
