Unfortunately we do not have any control over the postal system and as such are limited to what we can do in respect of this. However as a valued client and as part of our terms of business which you would have agreed to you will notice that firstly we operate a secure key system which ensures that if keys are lost they cannot be identified to a particular property and secondly we will pay for a new set of keys to be cut in order to compensate for the loss.
