I lived in a property managed by 1let for two years and found all staff that I had communication with to be friendly and helpful. I have rented through several letting agencies in the past and have found 1let, as a smaller company, to be much more approachable and professional than many of the larger offices. I would definitely rent with 1let again in the future.
