We have recently let a flat through 1Let and it has been a really positive experience so far (we've been in the property a week!) My wife and I are in a strange situation having been undertaking PhDs in the last couple of years. Most letting agents were unsympathetic to our situation while 1Let made the entire process easy and accommodated the fact that PhD contracts do not work in the same way as traditional salaries. For anyone in similar situations, this cannot be praised highly enough! Throughout our viewing, Alan was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and happy to answer any and all questions. He has been constantly available throughout the process and Julia has been equally supportive, keeping us updated and informed as the letting process progressed. We are looking forward to a continued positive experience with 1Let as our agents throughout our tenancy.
