We are existing tenants of a property managed by 1Let and are extremely pleased by the professional and friendly service that we have received. All of the staff (particularly Beata) are excellent at dealing with any issues that we raise, and we always receive quick and pleasant responses to any queries. We recently renewed our tenancy and would not hesitate to live in another property managed by 1Let. No problems with this agent whatsoever and highly recommended to anyone looking for a property in Edinburgh.
