We had no previous experience of letting property and Ken put us at ease by giving us comprehensive details (that were easy to understand) and made us feel confident to progress with the rental. Throughout the process, Ken was very personable and made every effort to come round to meet us when possible. In summary, they are very professional and easy to deal with. I would not hesitate in recommending them to friends and family.
