Ken and the team at 1let have been absolutely fantastic. As a first time landlord I was apprehensive about the entire process but 1let have made it very straightforward. I cannot fault them thus far. Great communication right from the onset, always available to answer any of my queries. I'm especially thankful for their dedication and advise. Surprisingly, they had tenants lined up within days of putting the property in the market and all of this despite work happening in the property at the time. I will not hesitate to recommend 1let to prospectus landlords.
Comment on agent fees
Fees are slightly higher than that of their competitors but this is offset by the quality of their service.
