An absolutely stellar, professional and warm service from J R Hopper & Co. I have been renting in a number of places since 2007, and I can honestly say this has been the best experience of this process to date. We have mostly communicated with Angela and Chris: they were incredibly quick to respond, kept us to date with what was necessary and answered all our numerous questions.
The referencing process was quite straightforward, the signing of the documents, contract and inventory easy. The inventory document is the most detailed and thorough I have ever seen - since 2007: very impressed with that.
We'd like to thank everyone at J R Hopper - Angela, Chris and everyone else who might've been involved - for their dedication and friendly attitude.
