Tenants are always treated fairly and deposits are dealt with in accordance with deposit law. In this particular instance conversations were had during the tenancy with the tenants regarding cleanliness and unfortunately at the end of the tenancy, due to there being some damages a claim was made from their deposit. The tenants also agreed in writing to have the carpets cleaned at the end of tenancy, however at the vacating inspection they informed us that they had cleaned them 2 months prior and ...

Here at Belvoir we do everything we can to ensure our landlords are happy and that we manage their properties in a way which they would like us to. On this occasion the landlord is unhappy due to us chasing him for a copy of the gas safety certificate which his own selected gas engineer had sent directly to him instead of us. We apologised to Mr Waller for the inconvenience caused. We feel a review of 2 stars based on this is more than unfair, considering the tenants are fantastic, rent is alway ...
