Using Belvoir to sell our flat has been a pleasure. It was marketed quickly and they generated a large number of viewings. Once we agreed a sale Leah was always on hand to help with the enquiries. I would definitely recommend them....

Avoid Belvoir, they have this rolling contract booby trap which they can't even explain what is the benefit to landlords. When they want something, they are very efficient. When you request something, if they don't like it, they delay to respond and ignore your questions. ...
