Dear Bret , we have checked our records and cannot find any recent tenancies with your name and we have not let anything recently for £320 PCM so we can only put your review down to someone playing games and trying to blacken our name as our service is always impeccable and we strive to keep up the highest standards at times . What agent could do to change your mind?
Impossible. By their own admission they failed and even when they promised to improve they didn't! I can't see how that could change anyone's mind. Only a complete change of management and overhaul could possibly improve this company.
