Our clients often tell us that our photos & video tour (which are much easier to navigate) are excellent and different to the old fashioned Virtual Tours other agents use. Your property like many we sell was on with another local Estate Agent who couldn’t achieve what they initially promised you. Park Row took over the marketing of your home and as promised sold it for more money than the asking price. Happy days! ...

This is usually just a way of getting the initial listing and their own ‘listing bonus.’ This often results with the property just sitting there for months, then having to reduce in price (having a huge detriment to the final sold figure). Our unique selling method always guarantees our clients get the ‘best price.’ Happy days! ...
