Comment on agent fees
The fee is obviously an "agreed" percentage contained within the agreement between Ellisons and the landlord. However I do think that to charge "professional fees re tenancy" plus "administration fee" plus "administration re tenancy deposit fee" and "management fee" is excessive, in this case amounting to ‚£2,335 plus VAT.
