Alan Quach was most unhelpful, incompetent and hard to deal with agents. His lack of proactiveness was apalling. I would not recommend using Chase as an agent. Alan has proposed to use WD40 on a broken window that didn't close due to malfunctioning handle, waited 2 weeks to act on any type of resolution. He doesn't know fundamentals in property management. Thanks to him (and his lack of knowledge) was an easy win in the court. ...
